This PDS will also provide you with a statement of fees.HEAVY VEHICLE CATEGORYHEAVY VEHICLE CATEGORY We will conduct all training in a medium or heavy rigid automatic vehicle, and in most cases, this is enough for the majority of industries requiring the Heavy Vehicle Driving Instructor qualification. For most industries, job roles or heavy vehicle assessor positions, you will only need the standard heavy vehicle driving instructor qualification combined with your heavy vehicle licence. If your job function requires a specific category of vehicle to be displayed on your Statement of Attainment, please speak with your enrolment officer prior to completing your enrolment into this course. Our trainers and assessors can facilitate training a range of different vehicle categories up to and including heavy combination manual non-synchro, however, there will be additional costs to the enrolment fee involved with each different category of vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: To complete this qualification you must hold an unrestricted Australian heavy vehicle drivers’ licence. Your first invoice will be due in seven (7) days from the date of your enrolment, however, you are welcome to make payment sooner should you wish to get started in your course. The remaining instalments will be spread one month apart from the date of your first invoice. It is important to note that Intelligent Training Solutions will send you ALL of your invoices at once. The task of paying your invoices in the correct order AND paying on time remains your responsibility. We recommend that: You make payment by the due date for each invoice. (Each of the invoices will have a different due date). Failure to make payment on or by the due date will result in a late payment fee being added to your account. NO EXCEPTIONS. You make payment on the invoice in sequential order. Example: INV 4901, 4902, 4903 and 4904. Pay by Invoice: Terms and Conditions: A $50.00 late payment fee will be applied to any invoice paid beyond the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS In the event your invoice is more than 30 days late, Prushka Fast Debt Recovery debt collection agency will be engaged. All associated costs involved from engaging this agency will be added to your account. This is generally 40% of the outstanding value of your invoice. It is important to note that additional fees or charges will apply to students who do not attend scheduled support sessions, scheduled drive days or events without providing 48 hours’ notice. Failing to attend a scheduled appointment or drive sessions without providing us with 48 hours’ notice costs the course and our training organisation money and takes away valuable time and resources from other students in your class. The following fees and charges will apply to any student to fails to attend an appointment or training sessions without 24 hours’ notice. $90 fee is charged for failing to attend a theory or support sessions without sufficient notice. $405fee is charged for failing to attend a practical in-vehicle driving session without sufficient notice.
