Need Someone to Talk With?

Everyone experiences times when work, family or life can feel overwhelming. Speaking with someone early can often make a significant difference and help prevent small concerns from becoming larger challenges.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or simply need someone independent to listen, confidential support is available.

The organisations listed within this hub provide free or low-cost professional support, information and practical strategies to help you manage life’s challenges. Many services are available 24 hours a day and can be accessed without notifying Intelligent Training Solutions.

Remember—asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

 

Support is Available!

We have always encouraged all staff to seek assistance early if they are experiencing work-related stress, anxiety, burnout or other wellbeing concerns.

Remember, support options include:

  • Speaking with your Manager or Supervisor 
  • Speaking confidentially with the ITS Directors – You should have Cameron’s and my numbers in your phone.
  • Accessing your General Practitioner (GP)
  • Contacting Beyond Blue
  • Contacting Lifeline (13 11 14)
  • Accessing the WorkSafe Victoria-funded Before Blue – Worker Mental Health Coaching program.
