At Intelligent Training Solutions, we are committed to providing a workplace that is safe, respectful, inclusive and supportive.

If something at work is affecting your wellbeing, you are encouraged to raise your concerns as early as possible. Whether you require additional support, wish to discuss a workplace issue, or need assistance managing your workload, we are here to help.

This section provides information about the internal support available to ITS employees, including our workplace policies, reporting procedures and people you can speak with confidentially.

🏢 Internal Support at Intelligent Training Solutions

If you are experiencing difficulties at work or believe additional workplace support may assist you, you are encouraged to speak confidentially with:

• Your Manager or Supervisor
• An ITS Director
• Your General Practitioner (GP)

Where appropriate, ITS will work with employees to identify reasonable workplace adjustments and additional support options.
