Completion of Attendance RecordThe endorsed attendance record must be completed accurately and in full, including: Qualification code and title, or unit of competency code and title Student name Student's mobile number Student signature Date of attendance Trainer/Assessor name and signature Attendance Recording MethodAs these attendance records are not pre-filled, no coding system is required to indicate attendance status (for example, P = Present or A = Absent).However, when a student arrives late, a separate attendance record might need to be completed to accurately reflect their attendance. This will depend on when the attendance record is completed. We suggest completing the attendance record 30 minutes into the training session.
