font-size: 14pt;\">This section contains practical information, tools and resources to help you better understand topics such as stress management, fatigue, burnout, resilience, work-life balance and maintaining positive mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">We encourage all staff to explore these resources and make wellbeing a regular part of their professional and personal lives.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">RESOURCES<\/span><\/h1>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">WorkSafe Victoria \u2013 Before Blue<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">ITS staff may be able to access <strong>up to eight confidential mental health coaching sessions<\/strong> at no cost through the WorkSafe Victoria funded Before Blue program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The program is designed to assist people who may be experiencing:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Workplace stress<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Anxiety<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Feeling overwhelmed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Early signs of burnout<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Difficulty managing work and life pressures<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
